At Culture Shoq Salon LLC, we want you to be confident in every purchase. To ensure fairness and hygiene, our return and exchange policy applies only to hair extensions and hair care products. Services such as hairstyles, installs, and salon treatments are non-refundable.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Hair Extensions: Must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Extensions must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Extensions that have been installed, cut, dyed, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.
Hair Care Products: Must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Non-Eligible Items
Hairstyles, wig installs, and salon services (non-refundable once performed).
Final Sale or Clearance items.
Gift cards.
Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another product of equal value.
Refunds to the original payment method may be granted at management’s discretion.
Process for Returns
Bring the item(s) with the original receipt to the salon within the return period.
Items will be inspected by our team for eligibility.
If approved, a return, exchange, or store credit will be processed.
